I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm the proud parent of two adult children and enjoy farming, gardening, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
Giving back to the community is an important part of who we are. I teach budgeting classes at the local high school, support HOPE and other local nonprofit organizations, and enjoy finding ways to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with Rosa Martinez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
