"Unethical and a liar. Transferred my policies to this office looking for better customer service. Had a conversation with one of the team members asking for an updated quote for my new home. Got the price and I asked for more time to make sure it was the best option for me. Rosa transferred my policies back to my previous agent stating that I had spoken to her directly and told her that I never intended to change agents. Which is a complete lie since I never spoke to her. Due to that my billing never reflected on my app and my account is past due and I was forced to purchase a policy with another carrier. All this after being a State Farm customer for 4 years…"
